Refund Policy

Return and refund conditions

We grant a 30-day right of return. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unused, undamaged and complete - and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label from us as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are returned to us without a prior return request.

Damage and problems

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can check and rectify the problem immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom-made products (e.g. specially made or individualized items) and vouchers are excluded from returns.

Exchange

The quickest way to get another item is to return the original item. Once the return has been accepted, you can reorder the desired item separately.

European Union - 14-day withdrawal period

Regardless of the 30-day right of return mentioned above, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for deliveries within the EU. Here too, the item must be in its original condition and complete.

Refunds

We will inform you as soon as we have received and checked your return. If the return is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that depending on the payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be credited to your account.
