Would you like to cancel your order or request a return?
If you have a customer account, you can access your order directly in your account and initiate the cancellation or return there.
If you placed your order as a guest or do not wish to use a customer account, you can cancel your order using the form below. Alternatively, you can reply directly to the order confirmation email.
Please include your order number, your name, and the email address you used to place the order in the form, if possible. This will help us locate your order more quickly.
You may cancel your order without providing a reason. The statutory cancellation period is 14 days from receipt of the merchandise. In addition, we voluntarily offer a return option within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
